Hardpox Test Kit

The complete Hardpox material test kit contains appropriately selected quantities of all components needed to carry out the full application process and evaluate the final effect.

The kit includes:

1. Qresin Propox Rapid Quartz – 262 g A + 50 g B
2. Granite Grosso – 925 g A + 0.75 g B
3. Hardpox Base L – 925 g A + 0.75 g B
4. Hardpox Finish M – 925 g A + 0.75 g B
5. Hardpox Fino S – 925 g A + 0.75 g B
6. Primer W – 100 g
7. Primer GEL EPOXY – 200 g A + 90 g B
8. Qsealer W PRO Varnish – 200 g A + 50 g B

The kit allows checking the application method, structure and appearance of individual layers, and evaluating the final effect of the Hardpox microcement finish before starting the actual implementation.

Application method:

Hardpox:

1. Prime the surface with Propox Rapid Quartz
2. Apply 1 coat of Hardpox Base XL/L
3. Apply 2 coats of Hardpox Finish/Fino
4. Apply 1 coat of Primer W
5. Apply 2 coats of Qsealer W PRO varnish

Hardpox Granite Grosso:

1. Prime the surface with Propox Rapid Quartz
2. Apply 2 coats of Granite Grosso
3. Apply 1 coat of Primer Gel Epoxy
4. Apply 2 coats of Qsealer W PRO varnish
