Qprimer Quartz 5kg

Qprimer QUARTZ is an aqueous acrylic-polymer dispersion with a fine aggregate filler used as an adhesion promoter for absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces before applying Quarelli microcement.
It is recommended for use before applying the first layer of microcement to absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces, with the exception of plastic.

PROPERTIES

• Coverage: 0.05-0.1 kg/m2 per 1 coat depending on substrate porosity
• PH between 7.5 and 9

APPLICATION

Ensure that the surface to which you want to apply Qprimer QUARTZ is clean, dry, and free of dust or other contaminants. If necessary, before application, clean the surface by removing any dirt, dust, grease, or other impurities that could hinder coating adhesion. Apply with a brush or a short-pile velour or microfiber roller. Application should be carried out at an ambient temperature of 10°C to 30°C.
It should be used before applying the first layer of microcement.

PACKAGING

Qprimer QUARTZ primer is supplied in 5kg packages.

STORAGE

Store in original, sealed packaging for no longer than 12 months from the batch date at temperatures between 10 and 30°C, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
