QPrimer W

Primer W is a high-quality, water-based acrylic-polyurethane primer designed for microcement, concrete, and stone systems used indoors and outdoors. It evens out the substrate's absorbency, improves adhesion, strengthens the surface, and provides initial protection against moisture.

PROPERTIES

• Priming surfaces for microcement systems, epoxy resins, concrete, and natural stone.
• Creating a preparatory layer for the application of protective varnishes and sealants from the Qsealers Quarelli line.
• Initial surface protection against moisture in areas exposed to its effects (wet zones).
• Reduces the consumption of the subsequent layer - thanks to initial impregnation and surface smoothing, it reduces the absorption of finishing materials, i.e., varnishes.

Primer W is supplied in 5kg packages

APPLICATION

Before application, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. In the case of very smooth substrates, they should be mechanically abraded. Shake the package before use - the product is ready to use. Apply Primer with a short-nap roller or by spraying in one or two layers, maintaining a 1-4 hour break between layers (depending on ambient temperature and humidity). After the last layer has dried, you can proceed with the application of varnish from the Qsealers Quarelli line. Avoid heavy loads and intensive use of the surface for at least 24 hours.

NOTES

Necessary for use in the OrganiQ mineral microcement system before applying Qsealer W PRO water-based varnish.

STORAGE

Store in the original, tightly closed container, at a temperature of +10°C to +30°C, away from frost, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Use according to the indicated expiry date.
