QPrimer GEL

Primer GEL is a polyurethane primer for microcement, concrete, and stone systems, designed for both interior and exterior use. It equalizes substrate absorbency, improves adhesion, strengthens the surface, and helps protect it from moisture. Thanks to its thick consistency, it is easy to apply, even on vertical surfaces, without dripping.

• Fills pores up to 2-3mm
• Product ready for application with a plastic trowel; the second step can be performed after a short drying time.
• Creation of a preparatory layer for the application of protective varnishes and sealants from the Qsealers Quarelli line.
• Reduced consumption of the subsequent layer – thanks to preliminary impregnation and surface smoothing, the absorption of finishing materials, such as varnishes, is reduced.
• Strengthens and stabilizes the surface.

APPLICATION

Primer GEL is ready to use and requires no prior preparation. Before application, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. For very smooth substrates, they should be mechanically abraded. The product is applied with a plastic trowel in one or two layers, with a 1-4 hour interval between layers (depending on ambient temperature and humidity). After the last layer has dried, the actual sealing coat can be applied. For at least 24 hours after application, avoid loading or soiling the surface.

PACKAGING

Primer GEL is supplied in 4kg and 10kg containers.

STORAGE

Store in the original, tightly sealed container, at a temperature of +10 °C to +30 °C, away from frost, heat sources, and direct sunlight. Use by the indicated expiry date.
