Hardpox epoxy microcement deaerator is a specialized additive designed to eliminate air bubbles that arise during mix preparation and application. It deaerates the mixture, increases material homogeneity, and helps achieve a smooth, pore-free surface.

APPLICATION

• When there is a risk of aerating the mixture during high-speed material mixing.
• In the case of insufficient surface preparation, such as leaving ungrounded areas.
• When using epoxy resin with a large amount of thinner.
• For use with both Hardpox Base L/XL and Hardpox Finish/Fino.

DOSAGE

The recommended dosage is: 100g per 20 kg of mixture.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Mix the deaerator with water from 1% to 8% in relation to the total weight of both Hardpox epoxy microcement components, and then add it to component A. After introducing the deaerator and thoroughly mixing component A, let it stand for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add component B and mix at low speed. The deaerator should be measured using accurate electronic scales.
