QSEALER W PRO Mat
Qsealer W PRO is a two-component, water-based polyurethane resin varnish designed for the protection of concrete surfaces. The product features excellent adhesion to concrete and creates a durable protective layer resistant to chemicals and mechanical damage. It effectively protects against moisture and dirt, does not yellow, and is UV-resistant. The varnished surface is easy to keep clean.
TECHNICAL DATA:
- Pot life of the A + B mixture is 60 minutes
- Initial mechanical and chemical resistance: 48h
- Full curing: 7 days
- Vapor permeable
- Temperature resistance up to 80°C

- Suitable for outdoor use on facades and terraces

COVERAGE
- 0.10 - 0.12kg/m2 for two coats
MIXING RATIO
Shake component A before use, then combine both components by mixing at low speed in a ratio of 4 parts comp. A to 1 part comp. B. For every 1kg of component A, there is 250g of component B.
PACKAGING
Qsealer W PRO varnish is supplied in two packaging sizes.
- 5 kg: 4 kg comp. A, 1 kg comp. B
- 1 kg: 0.8 kg comp. A, 0.2 kg comp. B
The varnish can be tinted with dedicated pigments for varnish, available in Hardpox, RAL, and NCS color palettes. Available for purchase here.
