Protector W 5kg

Protector W - is a silane-based impregnant that penetrates deep into the substrate and provides hydrophobic properties. It allows for highly effective hydrophobicity on all types of mineral substrates. The product is free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The product is vapor-permeable.

APPLICATION

The surface to be impregnated must be clean, dry, and free of contaminants. Water jet or steam cleaning devices are suitable. Water absorbed during cleaning should be allowed to dry so that the surface is dry before application. Imperfections such as cracks should be repaired. The mortar used for repairs must be fully cured and the surface dry.

During application, the air and substrate temperature should be between +10°C and +40°C. Protector W should not be used during strong winds or rain. The minimum drying time is 24 hours. Porous, absorbent substrates may require more than 300ml of solution per m2. The exact application rate should be determined by a test.

IMPORTANT: Protector W is dedicated for the impregnation of BetonTEQ.

Protector W is supplied in 5 kg packages.

STORAGE

Store in the original sealed packaging for no longer than 12 months from the batch date at a temperature of 10 to 30°C, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
