OrganiQ Qbase XL

MICROCEMENT BASE COAT IN THE QRGANIQ SYSTEM

OrganiQ is a two-component microcement. It has been formulated primarily for application on floors and walls as a continuous thin coating. The two-component microcement from the OrganiQ line undoubtedly stands out with its artisanal finish, ease of application, and hardness. It is applied using a trowel in several layers, allowing for a variety of effects. The B component of OrganiQ mineral microcement is Qresin Qualimer.

MIXING RATIOS

• 15kg Qbase XL - 4.2-4.50 kg Qresin Qualimer

• We recommend performing the first mixing with the lowest amount of Qresin Qualimer (tested at 20°C). The amount of polymer can be increased with rising ambient temperature.

CONSUMPTION

In standard application, the yield is:

• Qbase XL – 0.85 kg/m2 (of finished A+B mixture for 1 layer)

Drying time: 6-12h

PACKAGING

Microcement from the OrganiQ line is supplied in 15 kg packages.

STORAGE

Store in original, unopened packaging for no longer than 12 months from the batch date at a temperature of 10 to 30°C, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
